Texas SB 541 allows registered vendors to display a DSHS-issued identifier instead of their home address. Register at dshs.texas.gov.

Nutrition Facts Panel

You do not need a Nutrition Facts panel.
Cottage food producers are explicitly exempt from FDA mandatory nutrition labeling. You may add one voluntarily, but Texas does not require it. Save that time for baking.
