What This Page Does

My Marketing Lists is your built-in email marketing tool. Customers who subscribe to your shop land here. You can send blasts — new product announcements, seasonal specials, market schedules — and the platform automatically handles unsubscribes and list hygiene so you don’t have to.

Growing Your List

Your list grows automatically when:

• A customer checks “Subscribe to updates from this vendor” at checkout
• Someone clicks Follow This Vendor on your store page
• You share your personal subscribe link (available in this dashboard)

Sending an Email Blast

1. Go to Marketing Lists → Send Email.
2. Write your subject line and message. Plain English, like you’re texting a customer. Skip the corporate newsletter vibe.
3. Preview it, then choose Send Now or schedule it for later.

Abandoned Cart Recovery

When a customer adds your products to their cart but doesn’t check out, the platform automatically sends them a gentle reminder email after a few hours. This runs in the background — you don’t have to do anything to set it up. It just works.

Bloom: SMS Marketing

On the Bloom plan, you can also send text message blasts to subscribers who’ve opted in via SMS. Managed through the Twilio integration in your dashboard settings.
