Coupons: Discounts and Promo Codes

What This Page Does

Coupons let you create promo codes that customers can apply at checkout to get a discount on your products. Good for new customer welcomes, seasonal promotions, event follow-ups, and loyal-customer thank-yous.

How to Create a Coupon

1. Go to Coupons in your dashboard and click Add Coupon.
2. Set the Coupon Code — something memorable like FALL2026 or WELCOME10.
3. Choose the Discount Type:
   • Percentage discount — e.g., 15% off the order total
   • Fixed cart discount — e.g., $5 off any order
   • Fixed product discount — e.g., $3 off a specific product
4. Set the Coupon Amount (the percentage or dollar value).
5. Optionally set an Expiry Date to create urgency.
6. Set a Usage Limit if you only want it used a certain number of times.
7. Click Publish.

• First order welcome — WELCOME10 for 10% off (share on your Instagram bio)
• Market booth exclusive — give a card with a code to in-person shoppers to buy online later
• Email subscriber thank-you — reward people who join your marketing list
• Bundle incentive — minimum order amount coupon to encourage larger carts
