My Subscription: Managing Your Plan

What This Page Does

My Subscription shows your current plan, your billing date, and the features you have access to. It’s also where you go when you’re ready to upgrade from Free to Maker, or from Maker to Bloom.

Understanding the Plans

• Free — everything you need to list products, accept orders, and start selling. Includes your storefront, all basic settings, and core kitchen tools.
• Maker — adds Label Maker, My Drops, Staff access, and advanced marketing features. Best for vendors who are actively selling and want to grow.
• Bloom — adds Market POS, Market Planner, SMS marketing, and all advanced features. Best for vendors who are running a full food business — online, at markets, and at events.

How to Upgrade

1. Go to My Subscription in your dashboard.
2. Review the plan comparison.
3. Click Upgrade to Maker or Upgrade to Bloom.
4. Complete the checkout. Your new features are available instantly.

Managing Your Billing

Your subscription renews monthly or annually (annual plans save you money — see the plan comparison for current pricing). Billing is handled via Stripe — the same secure checkout you use for everything else on the platform. To cancel, contact support or use the cancellation option in this page.
