What This Page Does

Coupons are codes customers type at checkout for a discount on your products. Great for welcoming new customers, seasonal promotions, event follow-ups and thanking your regulars.

Creating a Coupon

1. Open Coupons and add a new coupon.
2. Give it a code people will remember, like FALL2026 or WELCOME10.
3. Choose the discount type: a percentage off, or a fixed amount off the order or a product.
4. Enter the amount.
5. Optional: an expiry date to create a little urgency, a usage limit, and a minimum order amount.
6. Save it. Share the code however you like, and customers enter it at checkout.

Ideas for Using Coupons

• First-order welcome — WELCOME10 for 10% off, in your Instagram bio.
• Market booth exclusive — hand out a card with a code for shopping online later.
• A thank-you to your list — add a coupon to an email from Email & Text, or to your abandoned-cart email.
• Bigger baskets — a minimum order amount encourages one more item.
