What This Page Does
My FAQs lets you add a Q&A section to your store page. When customers see “Do you offer local pickup?”, “Are your products nut-free?”, or “Can I order custom labels?” answered right on your page, they shop with confidence — and your inbox doesn’t fill up with the same questions over and over.
How to Add FAQs
- Go to My FAQs in your dashboard.
- Click Add New FAQ.
- Type the Question (write it the way a customer would actually ask it).
- Type the Answer — plain English, no jargon. Friendly.
- Save. The FAQ appears immediately on your store page.
FAQ Ideas by Business Type
- Bakers: “Do you accommodate allergies?” / “Can I place a custom order?” / “How far in advance do I need to order?”
- Jam/preserves: “How long does it keep?” / “Are your products USDA certified?” / “Do you use pectin?”
- Produce/honey: “Is this certified organic?” / “Where is your farm located?” / “Do you offer CSA boxes?”
- Everyone: “Do you offer local pickup?” / “What’s your return policy?” / “Do you ship?”
💡 Tips
- Start with 5–7 FAQs — enough to look established, not so many it’s overwhelming.
- Update FAQs seasonally as questions change (e.g., add holiday order deadline FAQ in November).
- If someone emails you the same question twice — that’s your next FAQ.
