My FAQs: Answering Common Customer Questions

What This Page Does

My FAQs lets you add a Q&A section to your store page. When customers see “Do you offer local pickup?”, “Are your products nut-free?”, or “Can I order custom labels?” answered right on your page, they shop with confidence — and your inbox doesn’t fill up with the same questions over and over.


How to Add FAQs

  1. Go to My FAQs in your dashboard.
  2. Click Add New FAQ.
  3. Type the Question (write it the way a customer would actually ask it).
  4. Type the Answer — plain English, no jargon. Friendly.
  5. Save. The FAQ appears immediately on your store page.

FAQ Ideas by Business Type

  • Bakers: “Do you accommodate allergies?” / “Can I place a custom order?” / “How far in advance do I need to order?”
  • Jam/preserves: “How long does it keep?” / “Are your products USDA certified?” / “Do you use pectin?”
  • Produce/honey: “Is this certified organic?” / “Where is your farm located?” / “Do you offer CSA boxes?”
  • Everyone: “Do you offer local pickup?” / “What’s your return policy?” / “Do you ship?”

💡 Tips

  • Start with 5–7 FAQs — enough to look established, not so many it’s overwhelming.
  • Update FAQs seasonally as questions change (e.g., add holiday order deadline FAQ in November).
  • If someone emails you the same question twice — that’s your next FAQ.
