Review Requests: Asking Online Customers for a Review

What This Page Does

Review Requests sends a friendly email to an online customer asking them to review your shop. More reviews means more trust from new customers.

Find it at Grow My Business → Review Requests, or under Orders in your sidebar.

How It Works

1. Open Review Requests. You’ll see your customers from orders that are Processing or Completed, each customer once, however many times they have ordered.
2. Press Request review next to a customer.
3. They get an email in your logo and colours (“How did we do?”) with a link straight to your review form for their most recent order.

Heard nothing back? After 7 days you can Ask again. Each customer can be asked once every 7 days, so nobody gets a pile of emails.

Selling in Person?

A market customer has no online order to review. Use Review Cards instead: print single-use codes to drop in the bag, and reviews left with them get a verified-purchase badge.
