What This Page Does

How your shop looks is set on Store Settings → My Store, on the Look and Sections tabs. Watch the live preview, then press Save All Changes.

The Look Tab, Step by Step

  1. Header — one banner or a scrolling header, the shape of the top of your page, and (on Bloom) a hero video.
  2. Page Style — the overall layout of your shop page.
  3. Product cards — how your products look in the grid, and how many show at a time.
  4. Color — pick a swatch or type your own hex code. It colours your buttons, headings and accents, and carries into your Brand Generator too.
  5. Fonts — your type. Custom fonts are Bloom.
  6. Photos — your logo, store banner and maker photo. Frame each one after you choose it; Adjust crop re-opens it any time.

Photos That Look Right Everywhere

  • Logo — the round badge on your shop, in your emails and on the vendor map. Frame it so your whole logo sits inside the circle.
  • Store banner — a wide landscape photo; 2480 × 1240 is perfect. Keep the good bit inside the dashed box and it survives on every layout and on a phone.
  • Maker photo — the portrait in your Meet the Maker section. Leave it empty and your logo shows there instead.

Scrolling Header

Swap the single banner for a slideshow of up to 6 slides. Each slide can show your shop, a product, a subscription box, your next drop, your next market, or what a customer said, so it keeps itself up to date.

The Sections Tab

  • Page sections (up to 4) — a full-bleed photo or video, a split hero with three short reasons, or a product spotlight with its own Add to cart. Choose where each one goes. Each saves with its own Save section button.
  • Scrolling strip — a band of moving words or photos across your page.
  • Shop extras — an announcement bar, a countdown to when orders close, “only a few left” on low-stock products, reviews under your menu, and an order bar along the bottom.

Photography Tips

Natural window light and a clean wood or marble surface give you professional-looking photos without a professional. Shoot in the morning or late afternoon for the warmest light, and use the same colours and style you use on Instagram and your packaging, so customers recognise you everywhere.
