Social Links: Connecting Your Social Media

What This Page Does

Social Links lets you add your social media profiles to your store page — Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and more. These links appear on your store page and signal to buyers that you’re a real, active business with a community behind you.


How to Add Your Links

  1. Go to Settings → Social in your dashboard.
  2. Paste in the full URL for each social platform (e.g., https://www.instagram.com/yourbrand).
  3. Save. The icons will appear on your store page immediately.

Which Platforms to Prioritize

  • Instagram — essential for food businesses. If you’re only on one platform, be on Instagram.
  • Facebook — strong for reaching farmers market and local food audiences, especially for events and groups.
  • Pinterest — great for recipes and food content. Long shelf life on pins.
  • TikTok — high reach for process videos (bread scoring, jam making, plating). Very discoverable.

Why This Matters

Buyers want to know you before they buy from you — especially for food. A quick Instagram check that shows your kitchen, your process, and your personality is often the thing that converts a browser into a first-time buyer. Make it easy for them to find you.
