Viewing and Managing Orders

What This Page Does

Your Orders page shows every purchase a customer has made from your shop. From here you can view order details, update the fulfillment status, and track what needs to go out.


Understanding Order Statuses

  • Pending Payment — customer started checkout but payment hasn’t cleared yet. Don’t pack this one yet.
  • Processing — payment confirmed! This is your action queue — these need to be made and shipped or scheduled for pickup.
  • Completed — you’ve fulfilled the order and marked it done.
  • On Hold — something needs resolving (usually a payment issue). Contact the customer.
  • Cancelled / Refunded — order was cancelled or money was returned.

How to Process an Order

  1. Go to Orders in your dashboard.
  2. Click any order to see the full details — customer name, what they ordered, delivery or pickup preference, and any notes they left.
  3. Prepare the order, then come back and click Mark as Completed (or update the status) to let the customer know it’s on its way.

Custom Orders

If you offer custom work (wedding cakes, personalized labels, custom gift boxes), check out the Custom Orders section where buyers can submit requests and you can send quotes.


Batch Fulfillment (Market Days)

If you sell at markets and need to prep a lot at once, the Prep & Pack view is your friend — it consolidates all your orders into a production list so you know exactly what to make.
