Hello! My name is Emily and I run Flour & Flora out of my home.

I'm a former ICU nurse who got burnt out after working through the pandemic. I've always loved cooking and baking and this has been a great hobby for me. Flour & Flora allows me to combine my love of baking and gardening. My partner, Matt, loves to cook as well and will occasionally bake some items for sale. I'd love to share some of my goodies with you!
