MinnyBitty Baking: "Minny" for Minnesota and "Bitty" for the perfect tiny bite of flavor. Not long ago, I began to understand the simplicity and science behind flour, butter, sugar, salt, and Madagascar vanilla, and it led to perfecting a triple-chip chocolate chip cookie - The Brown Butter Triple Chip Minny.
That will always be on the menu, while other cookie recipes will rotate monthly, along with brownies or granolas. There's a little bit of MinnyBitty for everyone!
