Orders & Payment
Payment is required at checkout to confirm your preorder. Please review your items, quantities, and pickup details before submitting your order.
Pickup
Orders must be picked up during your selected pickup window. If you’re running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Missed pickups are nonrefundable.
Cancellations & Refunds
Preorders may be canceled for a full refund before the posted order deadline. After that deadline, cancellations are nonrefundable because ingredients and baking time have been committed. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will refund the affected items.
All food sales are final. If an item is missing, incorrect, or has a quality issue, contact us within 24 hours of pickup with your order details and a photo, if applicable. We’ll work with you on a replacement or refund.
Ingredients & Allergies
Please review ingredient and allergen information before ordering. Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens. We cannot guarantee any product is free from allergens or cross-contact. Contact us before ordering if you have an ingredient question.
Handmade Products
Our items are made in small batches. Appearance, size, and decoration may vary slightly from photos.
Storage
Follow any storage instructions provided with your order to maintain freshness and quality.

Cancellation & Refunds

All food sales are final, and we cannot accept food returns. If something is missing, incorrect, or not right with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup with your order details and a photo, if applicable. We’ll work with you to make it right through a replacement or refund.
