No. It is impossible to guarantee a GF product while preparing other items in my kitchen using wheat products. I can prepare gluten friendly items (items using gf flour) but these items should be considered cross contaminated with wheat.

While I do offer items free of nuts, every item should be considered cross contaminated as nuts are processed and stored in the same baking area.

No...I use avocado oil in all recipes that require oil.

While Im flattered that you would ask, I do not. Ive worked tirelessly to improve my baked goods over the last 20 years. They are proprietary recipes and the source of my income.

No. I am a small batch baker and rely on preorders to gauge amount of product/ingredients that I need. On occasion, I will have bake sale weekends which will be announced via text/email/social media
