The base to all of the sourdough baked goods you can find here at The Dough Diaries! You too can have a bit of our starter we use, to keep for yourself! Give your baking a kick start with a sourdough starter that has never given up on us! ๐
4 oz container, yours to keep. Will come with further instructions. All you really need in advance is bread flour (the brand is your choice, we use King Arthur brand) a bigger jar for it to flourish into, and filtered water! Please note it is an active starter so all you need to do is feed is once to twice a day and it will work for you!
