My Reviews: Managing Customer Feedback

What This Page Does

My Reviews shows you all the star ratings and written reviews customers have left on your Butter & Sage Market shop, organized into two tabs: Platform Reviews (from BAS customers) and BAS Reviews (imported from other platforms). Positive reviews build trust with new buyers; this is where you manage and respond to them.


Platform Reviews Tab

These are reviews left by customers who ordered from your BAS shop. You’ll see:

  • Star rating, reviewer name, and the date of the review
  • The product they purchased
  • Their written feedback (if any)

Click Reply on any review to leave a public response. A warm, personal reply (even to a good review) tells future customers that you actually care. It’s one of the highest-ROI things you can do for your shop’s reputation.


BAS Reviews Tab (Imported)

Already have reviews from Etsy, Instagram, or elsewhere? Import them here to show social proof on your BAS store even if you’re brand new to the platform. Go to BAS Reviews → Import Reviews and paste in the details.


Getting More Reviews

Use Review Requests to automatically email customers a review request a few days after their order is delivered — it’s the single best way to grow your review count without feeling awkward about asking.
