What This Page Does

The Market Planner helps you work out exactly what to bring to a market, from what you have sold before, your pre-orders, and how many batches you can realistically make. No more selling out by 10am, or packing half of it home at 4.

Bloom.

  3. Press + Add Product for everything you are bringing.

What It Works Out for You

  • Quantity estimates — a suggested range for each product. With no markets logged it works from the size of the market; every market you wrap up counts for more. Take it or change it.
  • Start-by dates — fill in Days ahead you start this and How many fit at once on the recipe, and it tells you how many batches to run and when to start.
  • Pre-orders — confirmed pre-orders for that date sit alongside the estimate.
  • Ingredients — press Calculate to see what you need, and Send to Shopping List.
  • Checklists — Prep (Days Before), Market Day Packing and My Booth Setup.

On the day, Market Day View keeps it simple.

After the Market: Wrap-Up

The Wrap-Up asks what sold and What did the day cost? Your booth fee, other costs and miles go straight into your Profit & Loss in My Stats.

Sold out? Tick I sold out before the market ended and add the time. The planner works out how many you could have sold, and next time suggests at least 15% more than you brought.

Tip — Wrap up every market, even the slow ones. The estimates learn from each one you log.

How a Market Did This Season

Press a market’s card at the top of the planner to see every date you have wrapped up there: what you took each time, your best and slowest days, your best seller, and how much of what you brought sold on average.
