Batch Scaler: Scaling Recipes Up or Down

What This Page Does

The Batch Scaler resizes any saved recipe to the amount you actually need (a big market, a wholesale order, a party tray) without doing the math yourself.

How to Use It

1. Go to My Kitchen Studio → Batch Scaler.
2. Choose Recipe — pick one of your saved recipes.
3. Set Target — tap a quick pick (2×, 3×, 5×, 10×) or Custom, and enter either the number of batches or the total units you want. Then press Scale It.
4. Your scaled recipe appears with a Cost Summary. Print or Copy it, keep it with Save Variant, or press Send to Shopping List.

A Baker’s Note

Not everything scales in a straight line, especially leavening and spices once you go well past double. Make a test batch before you scale a new recipe up for a big market.
