What This Page Does

Grow My Business → My Reviews keeps all your reviews together. Good reviews build trust with new buyers faster than anything else on your page.

The Two Tabs

• Platform Reviews — reviews you earned somewhere else: Etsy, Facebook, Google, a farmers market. Import them here and they show on your shop page, so new customers trust you from day one, even if your shop here is brand new.
• BAS Reviews — reviews customers left for you on Butter & Sage Market, with their rating, their words and the date.

Getting More Reviews

• Online orders — Review Requests emails a customer asking how you did.
• In-person sales — Review Cards gives you single-use codes to drop in the bag, plus one standing link for your booth sign.
• Every Order Complete email already includes a link for the customer to leave a review.
