About
Star Ranch is a mother - daughter team raising Braunvieh cattle and premium beef in Weatherford TX (west of Forth Worth). Bulk beef (1/2s or 1/4s), bundles, small orders, steaks, ground, you name it, if we don\'t have it in stock we will try to order it or help you find it. We are dedicated to producing the a healthy product with superior taste and tenderness from start to finish. Grass fed / grain finished, using low stress handling, no added hormones, and the best genetics we can find. Braunvieh cattle are a very old small breed (dating back to the bronze age); overlooked in the industry for their different color, these cattle are great mothers & efficient producers of quality beef. We strive for excellence, enjoy meeting new people, and helping bridge the gap between consumer and farmers/ranchers. Want to know more about the beef industry, Braunvieh cattle, or our program?
