Setting Delivery Time Windows

What This Page Does

Delivery Time lets you control when customers can schedule pickups or deliveries. Set your available windows, how many orders you can handle per slot, and which dates are completely off-limits (holidays, vacations, busy market weeks).

How to Set It Up

  1. In your dashboard, go to Delivery Time in the sidebar (it’s a top-level link, above the accordion groups).
  2. Enable delivery time for your store.
  3. Set your available days — for example, Tuesdays and Saturdays only.
  4. Set time slots within those days — e.g., 10am–12pm, 2pm–4pm.
  5. Set the order limit per slot — so you don’t overpromise. If you can only fulfill 8 orders per Saturday, set 8.
  6. Add any blackout dates for holidays, vacations, or market weekends when you won’t be doing deliveries.
  7. Save — customers will now see a calendar at checkout and pick from your open slots.

💡 Tips

  • Start conservative — it’s easier to add slots than to disappoint a customer you had to cancel.
  • Blackout dates apply store-wide, so any date you block removes that day from all delivery options.
  • The Prep & Pack view filters by delivery date, so your production list always matches your open slots.
