Prep & Pack: Your Production View

What This Page Does

Prep & Pack takes all your open orders and organizes them into two views — a production sheet and a packing checklist — so you can go from orders to customer bags without losing your mind. It has two tabs: Prep and Pack.


Prep Tab — What to Make

The Prep tab shows every product quantity needed across all open orders, aggregated into a single list. Instead of clicking through individual orders, you see: Sourdough Loaf × 12, Blueberry Jam × 8, Honey Butter × 5.

  • Use the + / − buttons next to each item to track how many you’ve completed as you go. The progress bar fills and turns green when you’ve hit the needed count.
  • Hit Refresh to pull in any new orders that came in since you opened the page.
  • Use the date filter at the top to see only orders due for a specific pickup or delivery date — essential the morning before a market.

Pack Tab — What Goes to Who

The Pack tab generates one ticket per customer order, sorted by pickup date. Each ticket shows the items in that order, the customer’s name, and any notes or custom order field answers.

  • Check off items as you pack them into each customer’s bag.
  • Hit Mark packed ✓ when the whole order is done.
  • Print your pack tickets if you prefer paper — browser print will format them cleanly.

💡 Pro Tips

  • Prep & Pack respects your delivery time windows — if customers selected a Saturday pickup, those orders surface when you filter for Saturday.
