What This Page Does

My Kitchen Studio → My Stats shows how your business is really doing: sales, who is buying, what is selling (and what isn’t), and your true profit, for any dates you choose.

Pick your dates at the top (Last 30 Days, This Month, Custom Range and more), and tick Compare to previous period to see what has changed.

The Tabs

• Overview — net sales, orders, customers, shop visits and your best sellers. Every plan.
• Sales — gross, discounts, refunds and net, by day, week or month, with a CSV download.
• Customers — new, returning, VIP and at-risk customers.
• Products — what sells, what is sitting (Nothing Sold), what is bought together, and what is moving up or slipping.
• Profit — what you actually made after every cost.
• Profit & Loss — month by month. Bloom.
• Insights — where this month is heading, your best days and times, and your Cottage Food Cap: your sales so far this year across every channel.

Sales, Customers, Products, Profit and Insights, plus the filters and downloads, are part of Maker and Bloom.

Numbers Not Matching Your Payout?

• Net Sales includes shipping and tax, so it isn’t what lands in your bank.
• Sales are counted on the pickup or delivery date by default. Switch Count sales on to Order date to see the day they ordered.
• In-person sales from Point of Sale show under In Person.
